Six years of secondary school have flown by. Looking back at my academic achievements over these six years, I owe it all to the dedicated teaching and hard work of all my teachers at Maryknoll Convent School. During my three years in senior high school, I am especially grateful to Ms. Chu Ka-ka, who was my class teacher and English teacher for three years.

I remember when I first entered Form 4, my English foundation was weak. However, Ms. Chu did not doubt my learning ability. Instead, she used every minute inside and outside the classroom to guide me in learning English, helping me establish the correct attitude towards learning English and find a learning method that suited me. This made my subsequent learning process much more effective.

Ms. Chu not only excelled in teaching English but also showed great concern for my emotional well-being. Whenever she noticed that I was feeling down, she would take the initiative to care for me, listen to my worries, and guide me step by step to overcome the challenges I faced. Ultimately, she helped me successfully overcome the obstacles on my way to the DSE exams and get into my desired university.
